Dr. Bailey routinely collaborates with forensic scientists, law enforcement officials and educators on research projects of mutual interest. He is Professor Emeritus of law enforcement in the Political Science and Law Enforcement Department, Minnesota State University, Mankato. Dr. Bailey received his Ph.D. at the University of Wales, Swansea in American Studies. The topic of his dissertation is in the area of American policing. Dr. Bailey’s focus is on applied forensics. Also, as a Fellow of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences, he attends and presents regularly at national and international forensic conferences.
