Elizabeth is currently an ABD (All But Dissertation) doctorate student in Education with an emphasis in E-learning at Northcentral University.
Ms. Harsma has taught Spanish language and culture at the university level in face-to-face, hybrid, and online environments for ten years. She has two Quality Matters certified online course, Spanish Composition and Conversation and Spanish Peninsular Civilization.
Her primary research interests include: teacher-efficacy and effectiveness, online language learning, online course design, and the literatures and cultures of the Spanish-speaking world.
